09.15-10.00 Introduction to the workshop (overview), SOPs. Division of participants in three groups, G1 to G3 joining three sessions: miniscope, platform and electronic circuit soldering (MTM51)
10.15-12.15 G1 in MINI2P miniscope assembly, G2 in platform and G3 in soldering
12.15-13.00 Lunch served at SIT canteen (glass room 1st floor)
13.15-15.15 G1 in MINI2P platform building, G3 in miniscope and G2 in soldering
15.15-15.30 Coffee break (MTM51)
15.30-17.30 G1 in electronic circuit soldering, G2 in miniscope and G3 in platform
Topics for the three training sessions:
MINI2P miniscope assembly - 2h (room 2.310, animal facility)
- Show all components in the miniscope
- Cleaning of the components
- Mount DM & scan lens
MINI2P platform building - 2h (room 2.423, animal facility)
- Show coupling box
- Show fiber with accessories
- Prepare fiber ends (stripping, cleaving), gluing glass flange
Electronic circuit soldering - 2h (Tetrode room 3479, Moser Group)
- MEMS soldering – attach PCB
- MEMS wires + connector (part 1)

09.00-11.00 G1 in MINI2P miniscope assembly, G2 in platform and G3 in soldering
11.00-11.30 In-vivo recording sessions in MEC, CA1 and V1 (each one selects which recoding want to watch), rooms 2.313 (MEC), 2.429 (CA1) and 2.330 (V1)
11.30-12.30 Lunch served with Q&A (MTM51)
12.30-14.30 G1 in MINI2P platform building, G3 in miniscope and G2 in soldering
14.30-15.00 Coffee break (MTM51)
15.00-17.00 G1 in electronic circuit soldering, G2 in miniscope and G3 in platform
17.00-18.30 Q&A (option 1) or free tour to the city center (option 2)
19.15-22.15 Social dinner in town, Troll restaurant

- Align scopebody P1 with P2, glue parts and wait to dry (until next day)
- Prepare collimator holder
MINI2p platform building, 2h (room 2.423, animal facility)
- Couple fiber to laser, and collimator
- Optimize efficiency. Find collimated spot
- Show fixated ends (coupling end & collimator end)
- Show Detection module (optional)
Electronic circuit soldering, 2h (Tetrode room 3479, Moser Group)
- Mount MEMS driver inside the control box
- Prepare MEMS wires + connector (part 2)
- Prepare BNC cable output
