Ringve Music Museum is Norway’s national museum for music and musical instruments and an eldorado for music lovers! At the museum you will find a large international collection with more than 2000 musical instruments. The museum is housed in four-century buildings, beautifully situated on a hill surrounded by the lush Ringve Botanical Gardens.

Ringve offers a number of musical activities for people in all ages. Join a children’s tour of the museum or join a treasure hunt among the instruments! Head into the Music Garden and try and play for yourself on all the instruments!

In the afternoon you will join the main delegation for walking tours of Trondheim. For those of you who would like a lovely walk along the Fjord back to the city centre you can walk Ladestien (The Lade path) back to the city, but do save some energy for the walk in the afternoon.
