* Note that the prices in USD are approximated and may fluctuate somewhat with the exchange rate. The USD fees in this list are based on an exchange rate of 11,138 NOK per USD.

Accommodation

To receive the conference rates, please book your hotel directly in the conference registration form. Hotel reservations need to be guaranteed by credit card. Payment for your room will be made at the end of your stay. Your credit card will be charged for the first night of your stay if you do not cancel your booking two days in advance. Please contact the organizing committee at icpa2024@konferanser.ntnu.no if you would like to make changes to your reservation.

Terms and conditions

All cancellations must be sent in writing to icpa2024@konferanser.ntnu.no.

Cancellations made before May 25, 2024 will be refunded excluding a NOK 500,- processing fee. Cancellations after this deadline will not be refunded. Another person from the same organization can take over your registration at no extra cost. If you would like someone else to replace you, send us an e-mail with the new attendee's contact details.
