After a series of on-line meetings, Workshop 1 was successfully held 30th August to 3rd September 2020 at Arusha, Tanzania.

• Completing an overview of existing PhD programs
• Completing plans for the PhD Course Catalogue
• Discussing equipment for the Training Facilities
