The UNET kick off was at the time of the Covid-19 pandemics, and the subsequent travel restrictions have limited the opportunities for UNET participants to meet in person. The Kick-off meeting was held on-line, 12 February 2021, and covered

• Objectives and plans for UNET (UNET organization and Work Packages)
