On Oria.no, you can find an overview of all the databases made available by the NTNU University Library. We recommend using the links to databases found in Oria, or in the curated list of recommended databases within medicine and health below, to ensure you have access to the database and links to full texts. Remember that you must be connected to the NTNU, St. Olavs, or Helse-Midt network to access subscription databases and journals (use VPN/Virtual Desktop if you are outside these networks).

On Oria.no, you can find specific journals by browsing a list of electronic journals available at the NTNU University Library. You can also search for journal titles in Oria and narrow down to journals by selecting the material type ‘e-journals’ or ‘printed journals’ from the left menu.

You can also find information on whether a journal has a peer review system in Oria. Search for specific articles and journals, and look for the icon for peer-reviewed journals. You can also filter searches in Oria to only include articles and journals by selecting “From Peer-Reviewed Journals”.

In the Register of Scientific Publishing Channels, you can find an overview of journals that are approved as scientific publishing channels at either level 1 or level 2.
