Submission Instructions for Full Papers

Full papers follow the conventional scientific publication format, with a maximum length of 10 pages. The SBE25 full papers will be published in a Special Issue of the online open-access journal IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.

If your abstract is accepted, you may submit your full paper to SBE25 as follows:

• You must submit your full paper by 01 May 2025.
• Submission needs to be done through Morressier platform (IOP system).
• You must use the template provided in the link above to submit your full paper.
• You must also follow the IOP author guidelines: Author guidelines for conference proceedings - IOPscience - Publishing Support
• You must adhere to the journal’s ethical policy: Ethical policy for journals - IOPscience - Publishing Support
• You will be notified about full paper acceptance by 01 June 2025.

General Guidelines

• The language of the conference and papers is English.
• Each registered participant is entitled to present up to two works.
• More details about the presentation guidelines will be shared in due course.
