Submission of Abstracts
Please submit your abstract of max. 300 words in English electronically, using the conference system available at the link below, by 15 February 2025. (CLOSED). We will later share the details for the full paper submission. The process will be peer-reviewed.
The call for abstract is now closed, and we are happy to announce that we received well over 100 abstracts, from 17 countries representing most continents ( Asia, Europe, South- and North America).

Submission instructions for Full Papers
Full papers should adhere to the standard scientific publication format and must not exceed 10 pages in length. The SBE25 full papers will be published in a Special Issue of the online open-access journal IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science, which is indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
For a full paper submission to SBE25, submit an abstract (max. 300 words) via ConfTool by 1 February 2025. You will be notified about abstract acceptance by 1 March 2025. If your abstract is accepted, you must submit the full paper by 1 May 2025.
General Guidelines
The language of the conference is English.
Each registered participant is allowed to present up to two works. They may also be listed as co-authors on additional works, as long as those works are presented by other registered participants.
