Wednesday 3 December

12 noon Registration opens
13:00 Conference opens (including first plenary)
17:00 Joint walk to the Student society building (“Studentersamfundet”)
17:30–18:00 Conference reception at the Student society building (“Studentersamfundet”)
18:00 Joint walk along the Nidelven river and Bakklandet to the city centre.
(Delegates make their own dinner plans)

Thursday 4 December

09:00–17:00 Conference presentations (including second plenary)
17:30 Conference dinner (tapas buffet). On campus, near the conference venue.

Friday 5 December

09:00–11:00 Conference presentations
11:00–12:00 Third plenary
12:00 Conference closing
