Climate – Nature – Environment

Dive 1: Climate – Nature – Environment

An interlinked premise for sustainable energy transition and solutions.

Our planet is under immense pressure. As we strive to find solutions to the climate crisis, the world is also facing a dramatic loss of biodiversity, among other challenges. Meanwhile, our demand for energy continues to rise.

In this dialogue, we will shed light on why and perhaps how the interlinked elements of “Climate – Nature – Environment” must be considered if we are to move towards a more sustainable future.

We will also share an excellent example of how students contribute with fact-based knowledge for the younger generation.

On stage will be:

  • Nils Røkke, SINTEF’s Executive Vice President Sustainability
    in dialogue with
  • Bernt-Erik Sæther, Director Gjærevoll Centre
    and
  • Isak Vormeland and Stig Larssæther representing UngEnergi / UngKlima
