Trondheim is the technical capital of Norway with a long maritime history due to its location at the coast. The city is the third largest city in Norway with a rich food, history, and culture, and was awarded European Region of Gastronomy in 2022. Trondheim house the largest university in Norway, NTNU, with many tens of thousands of students.
