Conference Fees

Fees are listed exclusive VAT. (25% VAT will be added).

Early Bird and Regular Fees include:

• Conference ticket
• Publication fee
• Two lunches
• Conference Dinner

^* The student ticket does not include lunches or Conference Dinner. It's a conference ticket only.

Accommodation

There are a lot of hotels in the city center close to the conference venue Scandic Nidelven. All participants must book their accommodations themselves.

For Scandic Nidelven, a booking discount is available for a limited number of rooms. See description below.

Scandic Nidelven

A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved for MTEC/ICMASS participants at Scandic Nidelven, the same venue as the conference.

To get the discount, follow this step by step procedure:

1. Go to https://www.scandichotels.com
2. Select:
   1. Hotel: Scandic Nidelven
   2. Dates: 28.10.24-30.10.24 (also possible to choose just 1 night)
3. Choose Booking code and add: "BSIN121124"

Information regarding the booking:

• Discount price:
  • Single room: NOK 1.900,- incl. breakfast
  • Double room: NOK 2.200,- incl. breakfast
• Valid stay for discount between 28.10.24–30.10.24.
• Latest date of booking is 06.10.2024. The discount will not be available after this date.
• The booking can be changed or cancelled until 18:00 CET 27.10.24.
• Payment in connection with stay, but booking must be guaranteed with a credit card. We will not charge you anything unless the order is canceled too late or in the case of a no show.

The conference does not offer discount for other hotels.
