Copyright transfer
We use IEEE Electronic Copyright for electronic copyright transfer. You do not need to sign a paper physically or submit your signed paper.
Once the proceedings database has been transferred to IEEE ecopyright, you shall receive an e-mail with an invitation to sign the electronic IEEE Copyright Form. This e-mail was sent from ECopyright@ieee.org.
The e-mail links to this site: https://ecopyright.ieee.org/ECTT/login.jsp, and you must use the username and password provided in the e-mail. Do not use your IEEE-credentials, unless those are specified. There is a typo in the address, but do not try to correct that.
Formatting
All papers must be formatted according to the IEEE-requirements. These templates may be used. We recommend A4-sized pages. This gives you a slightly larger area than the US Letter size.
Tools
pdf-express will be set up for the conference once the final, print-ready version shall be submitted. Submitted, print-ready papers must be checked by pdf-express before submission. If you open and save your pdf after pdf-express you must check it again.
The papers will be checked for plagiarism using CrossCheck. The CrossCheck test is done by the Technical Program Chairs, not the individual authors.
