Registration Fees

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. Early bird fees are available until March 16, 2025.

Registration fees include:

access to the scientific programme
lunches
a ticket to the welcome reception

Regular - Early bird fee: NOK 8.550,-

Regular – Normal fee: NOK 9.500,-

PhD student – Early bird fee*: NOK 6.840,-

PhD student - Normal fee*: NOK 7.600,-

*To be eligible for the PhD student fee, you must upload documentation from your university proving you are a PhD candidate.

Additional presentation fee

To ensure a variety of presenters, we limit conference delegate presentations to two. If you intend to present two abstracts, we charge 1500NOK for the second presentation.

Cancellation terms

The registration is binding. In the event of cancellation, the participant will obtain a refund of the paid amount excluding a cancellation fee of 500NOK if the cancellation is made before April 8, 2025. Cancellations made after April 8, 2025 will not be refunded. All cancellations must be sent to eacwe2025@konferanser.ntnu.no

Accommodation

The conference has negotiated discounted rates for attendees at the conference venue, Radisson Blu Royal Garden. A booking code for the discounted rates will be included in the confirmation letter you will receive after registering. To benefit from the discounted rates, you must book your stay before May 1, 2025. The discount is only applicable for stays occurring between June 16 and 19, 2025.
