Mini-symposium proposal

A mini-symposium is a thematic cluster within the conference that is composed of one or two technical sessions, each comprising 4 presentations.

If you wish to organize a mini-symposium at EACWE2025, please send your proposal form as an e-mail attachment to the conference organizers.

Mini-symposium Proposal deadline

Submit your proposal no later than 15 October 2024.

Presenting your paper as part of a mini-symposium

If you wish to present your paper as part of a mini-symposium, the deadline for abstract submission applies:
15 November 2024.
