Registration for EACWE 2025 is done online in our conference portal. Registration is not yet open. More information will follow.

Accommodation
Hotel booking will be available in the conference registration form when registration opens. Information about accommodation alternatives will be available on this site at that time.
Visa
Citizens of countries that do not have an agreement with Norway must have a visa to visit Norway.
Please find a list of countries that have agreements here.
All presenters and participants are responsible for obtaining their own visa for Norway. The organizing committee will issue invitation letters if necessary. To receive an invitation letter, please write an email to eacwe2025@konferanser.ntnu.no and explicitly indicating the requirement.
Before contacting the organizers, you must be able to confirm that the conference fee payment and registration are completed. If you will present a scientific paper, please also indicate your paper ID number and the title of the paper.
Presenters/participants must contact the Norwegian embassy in their home country to make sure they have the required documents and that they are aware of the type of invitation letter needed (e.g., if there is specific format or text requirement).
It is also important to indicate the format of the invitation letter, e.g., (1) letter via email – digitally signed, (2) letter via email – physically signed scan copy and (3) completely physical letter via mail. For option 3, physical letter via mail, the presenter/participant will have to pay the actual postal fees. Fees may vary from country to country.
