The plan is coordinated with the improvement of the ventilation system in the main building, which contains measures for several types of improvements. The work on improving the ventilation system is extensive and the professional environments must move out of the various buildings when work is in progress.

As a result of the work on the area development plan some of the area changes are done in the context of the repair work.
