ValoTec was founded in 2005 and stems from the SATIE laboratory, one of the biggest laboratories in France specialized in electrical engineering. The SATIE is one of the laboratories of the “Ecole Normale Supérieure” in the Paris area.
 
ValoTec is made up of 12 peoples mostly Ph.D and Engineers working with the best experts in leading laboratories (Universities, Ecoles Normales Supérieures, Engineering schools, National Centre for Scientific Research…).
 
ValoTec develops for its clients, from start-up to large companies, active medical devices, diagnostic devices, test and measurement equipment. ValoTec provides a pragmatic method, by driving in parallel research & development, regulatory assessment and design thinking approach to help its clients from the idea to the manufacturing of the product.
 
ValoTec also provides consulting and expertise on existing devices.
 
Since May 2012, ValoTec is certified ISO 13485 which is the main certification for Medical Devices companies.
 
For several years, ValoTec is working especially on technologies for active implantable medical devices and IoT solutions for medical devices.
