TNNN's 4th annual conference!

 

When and where

The TNNN Conference 2025 will be held 11-13 June in Tromsø. The conference will mainly take place at the campus of the University of Tromsø - map to the unviersity

The conference will begin with lunch on Wednesday, June 11, and will end on Friday, June 13, at approximately 16:00.

 

Registration

There is a conference fee that covers all meals and snacks during the conference.

PhD members and invited speakers are exempt from the fee. 

Deadlines

Registration will be possible until mid-May, but we can only guarantee rooms at the hotel and at the agreed price for those who sign up by 7 April

Abstracts must be submitted by mid-May, exact date to be announced.

Accomodation

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Comfort Hotel Xpress Tromsø - map to the hotel 

TNNN will cover the hotel accommodation for PhD members from outside of Tromsø for the two nights during the conference. To qualify for this accommodation support you must register for the conference before the 7th of April

 

Conference fee

TNNN will also cover the conference fee for PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers who are members of the TNNN Research School.

For other participants, the conference fee is 2000 NOK. Payment link will be sent by email after you have registered.

Learn about the journal editors’ expectations for submitted manuscripts, the peer review process, and the author's role within it.
