In 2023, we installed a industrial Thermal Vacuum Chamber from NanoVac AB in Sweeden. The chamber is equpped with a cryopump and two individual temperature control circuits, one controlling the temperature in the base plate, the other controlling the temperature in the shroud. With the current coolant, we can operate in the temperature range from -60 degC up to +90 degC.
