Dissemination

  • SALTO is engaged in many activities and some are presented on these pages.

Our experiences and expertise in designing and using physical/hybrid and online learning spaces. Knowing the technology behind the scenes and the pedagogical and methodological approaches to be applied in these learning environments is relevant for future education.

We are constantly sharing our knowledge through presentations at conferences, producing academic papers, and cooperating with other Universities like TUDelft to share and develop guidelines and frameworks for the design and use of learning spaces.

One example of sharing our experiences is through the project GO STEM! where Einar Rønquist, Head of Department of Mathematical Sciences invited  “The Centre of e-Learning” at AGH University of Science and Technology in  Krakow, Poland to visit NTNU.

SALTO planned and arranged the five-day program to present various approaches to STEM education at NTNU

Here are some links about the project and the visit:

Meeting with Lars Lundheim, some reflections about the visit

The MCT joint master is the living lab, where SALTO can experiment and do research. The Portal represent a vast selection of methodes and technologies to connect UiO and NTNU. Here is a presentation of MCT , some student performances and a quick look on some of our first year students starting Fall 2020 in Universitetsavisa.
