Cyber-Physical Systems Engineering
This workshop is proposed by representatives of the H2020 Cyber-Physical Systems Engineering Labs project (CPSE Labs). This project is a European Union-funded initiative with a mission to accelerate the transitioning of science and technology for engineering trustworthy and dependable CPS into the marketplace. It supports European businesses to carry out innovation activities for realizing novel CPS-based products and services, and connects businesses with world-class expertise from some of Europe's top cyber-physical systems research institutes.
This workshop will be based on invited speakers only, and no publication nor review process will be required.
Specific topics addressed and goals
This workshop will present:
- A forum for exchanging ideas and spread best CPS engineering practices
- Information on European collaboration opportunities within CPSE Labs and the European Smart Anything Everywhere initiative
- Presentations on current research and industrial innovation experiments in CPS engineering
The program will also be designed to leave space for open discussions between participants.
Relevance and significance of this workshop to SAFECOMP conference
This workshop will gather representatives of academia and industries interested in rigorous design of safe CPS. This aim is clearly in the scope of SAFECOMP.
