The registration for the conference is open. To proceed to the registration, follow this link.

Early bird registration prices apply until 6 May 2018.

In the registration, please select the main course for the conference dinner and mention dietary requirements for yourself, as well as for the accompanying persons you are buying extra tickets for.

The options for the main courses are:

• Beef striploin with salted baked potatoes and vegetables, Béarnaise and red wine sauces
• Portobello mushroom and grilled goat cheese seasoned with lemon honey, baked zucchini and rice. (vegeterian)
• Wild Salmon with horseradish-mashed potatoes, Balsamic-lentil and lemon sauce

Travel support

We have a fixed amount available to subsidize travel for conference attendees. If you want to benefit from this funding, please send your request explaining your situation to radiocarbon2018@videre.ntnu.no.
Please apply before April 22nd 2018 such that we are able to decide on the inquires while the early bird registration fee is still available.

The travel support is partly sponsored by the Research Council of Norway (Norges Forskningrådet).

Data handling policy

The new general data protection regulation from EU requires us to state the data usage policy for the conference. Detailed information is given in the information sheet that can be downloaded in the panel on the right or here.

You will have the opportunity to refuse the data usage upon registration at the conference.
