The deadline for submissions in September 1st 2018.
The abstract for conference is finally online. It can be downloaded on the scientific program page. We apologize for the delay.
Due to the new EU regulations, we also have to state the data handling policy. Please find more information on the registration info page.
The program book can now be downloaded on the scientific program page or here. Please note that the program book will not be updated, even when the program changes. We will update the program files instead.
The social program on the website was also updated and the map should now show all the important locations during the conference.
The mail system of NTNU is experiencing some problems these days. Therefore, answers to emails sent to radiocarbon2018@videre.ntnu.no might take longer.
We hope that the problems will be fixed soon and we can answer all your requests in time.
Due to many requests, we published the preliminary assignment of the sessions. The file can be downloaded on the scientifc program page.
The detailed program with all the scheduled talks will be published as soon as it is finished, probably later this week.
Due to delays in the reviewing process, the abstract acceptance confirmation will be sent on 30 April 2018.
In order that you can register depending on the abstract presentation form, we will extend the deadline for the early bird registration to 6 May 2018.
Note: When you choose an invoice as payment method at the registration, the payment does not need to be completed until the early bird deadline to avoid the additional cost.
Related to the Easter holiday, we had some delays reacting to reported problems with the abstract submission portal. To ensure everyone is able to submit their abstracts, we postponed the abstract submission deadline to 8 April 2018.
Since the reviewing of the abstracts and scheduling the conference program takes some time, the deadline will not be extended further.
