The NSB2017 conference has made an agreement with Elsevier to publish the proceedings as a part of the ScienceDirect electronic service. 
Full papers will be reviewed by the International Programme Committee and, if accepted and presented, they will be published after the conference as a separate issue in Elsevier's Energy Procedia free of charge for the authors.

Energy Procedia (ISSN: 1876-6102) is an open access journal indexed/abstracted in Scopus, Engineering Information Compendia, Current Abstracts (EBSCO), TOC Premier and Google Scholar. All accepted papers will be searchable and visible on www.ScienceDirect.com and be made freely accessible (open access) to a worldwide audience.

ScienceDirect.com is accessed by over 17 million unique scientists and professionals on a monthly basis: last year more than 800 million articles were accessed, of which 11 million article were downloaded from the Procedia journals. This will ensure maximum visibility and availability of the papers of this conference. 
All the presented papers will be published in full text as long as they comply with the formatting requirements from Energy Procedia.
