Registration fees

Student / Postdoc: 3000 NOK

Academic / Industry: 3500 NOK

Conference dinner: 250 NOK

A small number of travel fellowships are available to support attendance of PhD students and postdocs. Please indicate during the registration process if you want to be considered for one of those.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation notification received before 15th of May, 2016 will be fully refunded. Cancellation received between 15th and 30th of May, 2016 will be refunded to a rate of 60%. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after 30th of May, 2016 or for no-shows. Cancelations requests should be addressed to the following email: thorsten.hamann@ntnu.no. Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the conference.
