Bus from airport to Trondheim (City Centre)
There is a shuttle bus " Værnesexpressen" leaving from the airport after every flight arrival. If you are staying at Comfort Park Hotel – leave the bus at stop “Nidarosdomen” and at Hotel Scandic Lerkendal – at stop “Lerkendal 1”. The price is NOK 235 (one way)/NOK 410 (a round trip).

Bus from the city centre to the Gløshaugen campus
Buses on route no. 3 and 22 leave every 10 minutes from the city centre to the campus. Get off at “Gløshaugen”.
The bus fare is about NOK 45 for single way, NOK 135 for day ticket, and NOK 315 for 7-day ticket on AtB app

Taxi from the airport to city centre and to the Gløshaugen campus
The trip between the airport and the city centre costs from NOK 800 and takes about 30 min. (Booking from an international phone, dial +47 930 07373 and from a local phone dial 07373). You can call Trøndertaxi (phone 07373) and order a “Flytaxi” for approx. NOK 490 (you will likely have to share the taxi with 1-2 other persons).
Taxi from the city centre to the summer school venue (Realfagbygget, Gløshaugen campus, NTNU) takes about 5-10 minutes and costs NOK ~150. (Booking from an international phone, dial +47 930 07373. From a local phone dial 07373).

Nidaros Cathedral, built over the grave of St. Olav, is the national sanctuary of Norway. It is also one of the most popular sights in Trondheim. Dating back to the 11th century, Gothic Nidaros Cathedral features an ornate rose window and a detailed west facade.
