Registration

The summer school will be held on-site at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). The registration fees, with an early bird discount available until April 30, 2025, are outlined below. In order to register for ther summer school, please access the registration system.

• Early bird registration by April 30, 2025:       NOK 8000
• Regular registration since May 01, 2025:      NOK 9000

The registration fee includes admission to all lectures, lab visits, coffee breaks, and lunches.

The registration deadline June 13, 2025.

Payment & policy

Registration fee is paid in NOK (Norwegian Krone), which is the official currency of Norway. The fee is VAT-exempt.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, a written notice should be sent to the contact email hess2025@konferanser.ntnu.no. Cancellations received before May 31, 2025, will receive a refund minus a NOK 200 adminstrative fee. Cancellations received after May 31, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% refund.
