Conference fees

Participant fee (early fee, register no later than 15 July): NOK 7.950,-
includes admission to the conference, lunch, a ticket to the welcome reception and conference dinner as well as one excursion.

Participant fee (late fee, from 16 July): NOK 8.950,-
includes admission to the conference, lunch, a ticket to the welcome reception and conference dinner as well as one excursion.

Accompanying Person fee: NOK 4.095,-
includes tickets to the welcome reception and conference dinner as well as one excursion.

Accommodation

You can book your hotel directly in the conference registration form. Hotel reservations need to be guaranteed by credit card. Payment for your room will be made at the end of your stay. Your credit card will be charged for the first night of your stay if you do not cancel your booking ahead of time.

Roomsharing

If you have not already arranged to share a room with a fellow participant or accompanying person, we can assign you to someone of the same gender to share a twin room so as to reduce costs. The cost of the twin room will be split between the two people sharing the room. Check-in date is Sunday, September 3. Check-out date is either September 7 or 8. Please fill out the required information in the conference registration form.
