Conference fees

The conference fee is inclusive of access to all conference talks, poster session, three lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), Welcome Reception, organ recital in the Nidaros Cathedral and the Conference Dinner.

Conference fee: NOK 7.200,-

Student conference fee: NOK 5.400,-

Accompanying persons

Accompanying person registration is inclusive of access to the Welcome Reception, the Organ Recital in the Nidaros Cathedral and the Conference Dinner.

Accompanying person fee: NOK 1.800,- (approx. € 150,-)

VAT refund

For those eligible, VAT refund can be arranged. Each individual attendee (or their organization) must apply for this on their own.

Payment & Policies

Registration fee is paid in NOKs, which is the currency of Norway. The fee is inclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government.
