Submissions are done via Easy Chair. Accepted participants have received infrmation by e-mail. Access: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=ca2re0

When selected for paper submission, you will receive feedback, questions and recommendations from the reviewers. For stage 2 you will be invited to submit your paper with a word count between 2500 and 3000 words written in English for double blind review.
Accepted files types MS Word, ODT and PDF

Notification of acceptation will be two weeks before the start of the conference. If your submission is accepted, you will be notified and be able to present your paper at the conference in the PAPER category.

If your submission is not accepted in the PAPER category after stage 2, you will be able to make a presentation during the conference in the category ‘ABSTRACT submission’.

Regardless of being accepted or not for full paper presentation, you are invited to prepare and submit a pdf poster size A3 containing your abstract/research and relevant visuals. The poster will be wall hung and will inform participants of the content of your presentation.
