Dear chair and panel members,

We are very happy that you were showing us your availability to participate at the CA²RE/ CA²RE+ Trondheim ONLINE conference and event, as chair or panel member. Attached in email sent to you May 26 you will find the current version of the Session schedule outline.

Some more information points to think about for you:

1. Session Schedule outline 
   The document sent to you May 26 is the current plan, small changes can happen, but if, we will inform each session chair and the panels directly. As you can see on day two we have two spare slots. It is possible that the sessions 1.10 and/or 2.10 are pushed back for 1 hour if last minute changes/ challenges require that.
    
2. Presentations
   The presentation will either be on the 10th, 11th or 12th of June in one of two parallel streams 1 or 2. The total length for each session will be 50 minutes and each candidate will have 20 minutes to present (this available time cannot be exceeded). The presentation will be done by sharing the screen/presentation with the rest of us and the candidate will lead us through, as in a physical setting.
    
3. Chair
   Each session is chaired by one person whose main task is to lead us all through this presentation and discussion session. To do so, here some important information themes:

• The chair has to check the time: Total 50 minutes; presentation 20 minutes; a total of 4 panel members;
• The process is that first the chair will shortly introduce the panel, for this each chair will get the important information latest 1 week before the conference. Then the candidate will introduce her/ himself with a short movie or presentation (this we have not tried before, but was a feedback from the online session on the 27. Of March) after this the candidate presents, which is followed by feedback, questions and discussion. If time/ organization allows the chair can ask/ comment as well.
• For your last minutes content update I attached the “still” preliminary book of abstracts to this email.

4. Panel

• Each panel consists of 4 panel members and a chair. Please consult the attached Session schedule outline to see where you are set up, as panel or chair or when candidates you supervise present. Please read the email with the attached word document “CA²RE Trd panel testimonial”, which is a request from the CA²RE+ network, helping us to improve Design driven Research guidance and supervision.

5. ZOOM - Schedule, link and session
   Together with the final schedule and overview of all sessions we will send you the link for both presentation streams latest on June 08th. You will be able to log into your stream some minutes in advance before your presentation start, and the chair will take control for starting the session with a short introduction of all panel members. We strongly recommend that you use the ZOOM desktop app for the best experience during your presentation: https://zoom.us/download
    
6. Workshop and other parts
   We would like to encourage you to participate at the workshop and wrap- up sessions of this CA²RE conference/CA²RE+ event as well. You will get the link to the two parallel streams (1 and 2) some days before the actual conference. Please use the ZOOM link for Stream 1 to log in for common intro, workshop and wrap-up session.

The underlying theme for this CA²RE/ CA²RE+ conference and event is “SHARING”.
Please keep this in mind when preparing your testimonial, observing and discussing during the workshop activity and the wrap-up session.
