The necessity of digital transformation is widely acknowledged throughout the oil and gas industry. When asking people in the industry about drivers and obstacles in realizing the potential of such a transformation, the unanimous answer, however, is that the main problems are organizational; coordination, internal silos, culture, mindsets. This video presents some preliminary findings.
