I am a professor emeritus at the Norwegian Business School, the Department of Law and Governance, with economic organisation, innovation, political and institutional economics as special fields. My research interests are reflected in publications such as: Sustainable Modernity: The Nordic Model and Beyond; Energy and Transport in Green Transition: Perspectives on Ecomodernity; CSR and Beyond, A Nordic Perspective; Reshaping of European Electricity and Gas Industry: Regulation, Markets and Business Strategies.

I see AFINO as an interesting arena for exchange of ideas and practices to support productive, fair and sustainable economies and societies. As project associate in WP5, my team and I will contribute with case studies of core sectors of the economy to spark dialogue between researchers, business executives, and civil society on how to improve performance on all three ‘bottom lines’ productivity, fairness and ecological sustainability.
