Exhibitor booth in square on the floor (Copper and Silver partners)

Basic size: 3x2m floor area including part of logo pillar (¼ square). Silver partners get 2 times the basic area (half square). Exhibition booths are set up as small islands on the floor in the centre of the exhibition area.

The exhibition booths includes carpet, pillar with logo, lighting, 1000W power outlet, WiFi, low table and two chairs.

The booths also includes a rear wall. One side of a cube/column with a printed banner wall with the exhibitor's own motif/logo (150x300 cm). Silver partners get 2 sides of the cube.

Logo columns (rear wall) are produced by our partner Compass Fairs. Exhibitors must send material for printing the logo column (back wall) at latest 3 weeks before the congress.

Regular exhibitor booth along the wall

Size: 3×2 meters floor area, placement against a wall in the exhibition area.

The exhibition booth includes a carpet, lighting, 1000W power outlet, Wi-Fi, low table and two chairs. There will also be a white rear wall, and if wanted a 1 m broad, white side wall.

Here you can bring your own exhibition walls or roll-ups with a maximum width of 3 meters.

Exhibitions will be assembled from late afternoon/evening Sunday, August 31, and dismantled on Thursday evening, September 4.
