– Campus development

NTNU Campus development is a project unit established to manage NTNU's portfolio of development projects related to campus.  NTNUs unified campus is the leading project, both in time and scope.  

Constituded project director is Hanna Maria Jones  

The unit consists of project managers and professional resources/staff working across projects. 

NTNU Campus development is responsible for ensuring and implementing the involvement of NTNU's line organization in the projects. Statsbygg as the builder is responsible for the implementation of the construction projects.

External partners are involved in several of the projects, including St. Olav's Hospital, SINTEF and Sit, and there is close interaction with Trondheim municipality, both in the role as a community developer and as planning authority.


Campus safety delegate and campus representative  

Rector has acquired two positions - a safety delegate and a elected representative for NTNU campus development - that will follow the projects in NTNUs campus development and strengthen HSE and working environment and participation and co-determination in the projects.
