Background information

Over the next ten years, all NTNU’s academic communities in Trondheim will be united from scattered locations to one single campus in the area around Gløshaugen. Statsbygg is responsible for building and re-build 129 100 square meters of university buildings.

Campus development is not just about putting up buildings. First of all, it is an organization development project. The campus is the tool we use to achieve the university’s aim of knowledge for a better world. With physical possibilities for internationally outstanding education, research, artistic activities, innovation and dissemination, we want to attract the most talented students, staff and partners.
