The PhD candidate and his or her supervisor must both submit an annual report in a standardized format.

The candidate may be required to provide an expanded report after 2 years to ensure the quality of the academic progress and that there has been satisfactory guidance (midterm evaluation). The department is responsible for the evaluation.
