Annual reports are to be submitted by both the candidate and main supervisor during the period covered by the PhD agreement. The deadline for submission is normally February 1st the following year.

The report will be sent as an electronic survey to all candidates and supervisors, by e-mail. It is therefore important that the e-mail-address, at any time, is up to date.
