Programme structure

Master in Sustainable Manufacturing involves two years of full-time studies and constitutes a course load of 120 ECTS credits.

  • First semester consists of four subjects within sustainable manufacturing and scientific methodology. 
  • Second semester consist of three subjects where you obtain more in-depth knowledge and skills. 
  • In the third semester you specialise through elective courses and project work.
  • In the fourth and final semester you write your master thesis. Your master thesis should preferably be conducted in collaboration with one or more industrial companies, typically connected to ongoing research and innovation projects.
