Medical Imaging Technologies
Web-based programme of study
The MSc in Medical Imaging Technologies is in large a web-based study programme, and digital tools are thus critical for establishing a good student environment.
The master's programme provides digital solutions for collaboration and communication between students, and between students and teachers. Both students and teachers access established and well-functioning solutions for communication with video and screen sharing, and NTNU also provides strong technical support.
In addition to learning on-line, students meet on campus each semester. We then have learning activities like lectures and seminars during the day, and social activities in the evenings. Eating dinner together in a restaurant is something we usually do, and the students have organized a range of different activities themselves, exploring some of the possibilities in Trondheim for having a good time.
Meeting with students and teachers on campus is a good way to get to know each other, which gives a foundation for the continued web-based collaboration.
