The Physical Education and Sport with Teacher Education programme combines teacher education and master's education in physical education and sport. The study provides you with teaching qualification in two subjects – one of them must be in physical education and sport. You may choose the other teaching subject from a list of recommended subjects. You will write the master's thesis within physical education and sport.

The study provides you with different perspectives on body, sport and physical activity. The courses included in the study will provide you with a basis for practical work related to sport and physical activity, and will shed light on sport as a social phenomenon. During the study you will develop practical experience in analyzing data from the field of sport and physical education.
