Learning outcome

Knowledge The candidate has knowledge of -Design of HVAC and plumbing facilities -Standards and regulations for design of HVAC and plumbing facilities. Skills The candidate can -Carry out design of real HVAC and plumbing facilities, including call for proposals, contract signing, pre-project, main project and tender description General competence The candidate can -Exchange necessary HVAC and plumbing technical knowledge with architects, builders, consultants, other engineers and users in connection with various construction projects - Communicate knowledge about possibilities and limitations of HVAC and plumbing technical facilities to different user groups -Evaluate different HVAC and plumbing technical solutions based on current framework conditions -Discuss the effects of different HVAC and plumbing technical solutions on indoor climate, energy, environment, economy and society

Mandatory project assignment with mandatory presentation. Mandatory excursions / practical activities. Approved compulsory activity (excursions / practical activities) will be valid for all subsequent exams in the course. Passed grade in the course corresponds to grade C or better.
