Course content

The course offers an introduction to the evolution of Chinese society and culture, focusing primarily on traditions and changes that have shaped contemporary China and the situation and living conditions of the Chinese people today.

Learning outcome

The candidate will attain an understanding of China's evolution until today, China's view of itself and its relationship with the world.

SKILLS
The candidate will develop skills to describe general features of Chinese history, culture and society.
