Learning methods and activities
The course consists of a combination of lectures and guest lectures, casework, paper presentations and discussions. Guest lecturers will facilitate the application of project management concepts and theories to real-life project situations.

Mandatory work assignments must be completed during the teaching weeks and presented in class in order to take the final examination. Previously approved mandatory assignments do not need to be handed in again for later exams.
The students are assessed through a project assignment that counts for 100% of the total grade. The project assignment can be written in groups of 2-3 students.
