Image analysis road marking
Brief description: Data collected from Vaisala (Road AI), i.e. video material, will be used to develop algorithms for automatic image recognition of the condition of road markings.

Car breakdown database
Brief description: Norwegian roadside assistance companies Falck Redning and Viking have compiled a car breakdown database that logs 40,000–50,000 incidents on the road network each year (30,000–40,000 are road-related). The database can be expanded and converted to a web solution.

The car as a sensor
Brief description: Pilot project in collaboration with Viken FK to test sensors and other equipment in cars to register abnormalities on the road without using special equipment fixed to survey vehicles.
