Prof. Ingvald Strømmen was appointed the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Science and Technology of NTNU in 2005. He obtained both his MSc degree (1975) and PhD (1980) from NTH (now NTNU). He is now a professor at the Department of Energy and Process Engineering.
