Consortium Management
About
Work package 7 – Consortium management – will provide project management to achieve the technical and contractual requirements of the project to time, budget and quality requirements given by the European Commission (EC) and the project consortium. Activities such as the management of intellectual property rights (IPR), technical and financial reporting, monitoring of budget and payment plan, and the organization of technical workshops, Executive Board and General Assembly Meetings fall into this work package.
Objectives
The main objective of work package 7 is to manage the HydroFlex project in a sound manner. In particular, this work package will:
- Provide a platform for communication between the European Commission and the project consortium
- Conduct and provide support to the consortium for fulfilment of the project administration and the EC reporting requirements
Tasks
7.1. Consortium agreement and financing
This task includes the implementation and monitoring of the Consortium Agreement, the management of Intellectual Property Rights, the distribution of financial support and the establishment and maintenance of a payment plan.
7.2. Project planning and execution
This task includes the organization of WP leader Meetings, Executive Board and General Assembly meetings, technical workshops, the production of documentation for General Assembly and Executive Board and the coordination of participation in technical audits and reviews.
7.3. Periodic Reporting to the Commission
The project Coordinator (NTNU) will be responsible for ensuring the collation and timely submission of: Periodic Technical Reports, Periodic Financial Reports and Updated Communication and Dissemination Plans.
