BioCrates p180-kit

BioCrates p180-kit

The BioCrates p-180 kit is sold and validated by the BioCrates AG company and enables detection of 180 metabolites. 42 compounds (mostly amino acids and biogenic amines) are absolutely quantified, the remaining (acyl carnitines, monosaccharides, glycerophospholipids and sphingolipids) are quantified using FIA (flow injection analysis).

We have in our laboratories at several occasions run the BioCrates p-180 kit on ACQUITY UPLC in combination with the TQ-S mass spectrometer. In this process we have been trained by a BioCrates representative, and have competence in both the sample derivatization, analysis and data processing.

If you consider analysis using the kit we are more than happy to help you out as long as we have the capacity. In any case you should be prepared to do the derivatization and data analysis yourself with our guidance.
