The English both is både or begge in Norwegian.
Både requires og:

Både broren min og kona hans jobber i et IT-firma.
Both my brother and his wife work in an IT-company.

It is possible to coordinate more than two elements
in Norwegian:

Både Anton, Boyana, Catalina og Dai Wu studerer i Narivk.
(Both) Anton, Boyana, Catalina and Dai Wu (all) study in Narvik.
but
Begge foreldrene mine er lærere.
Both my parents are teachers.

Note that begge can stand alone:

Begge er lærere.
Both are teachers.
